Partner Service Management
- Service partners & customers can submit change requests about service agreements to each other. The request will expire in 15 days.
- Partner menu updates
  - ‘Permission’ to ‘Access’ under the device management menu from customer view;
  - ‘Permission’ to ‘Agreement’ under the agreement management menu from the partner view;
- Improved customer profile switch experience - Added a switch customer account pop-up in the service partner operator’s view.
