The DTEN D7 55 is an All-in-One Zoom Rooms appliance that includes Zoom Rooms’ limited features of Meeting, Join Meetings, and Whiteboarding.

What version is the Zoom Room on the DTEN D7 55?
The Zoom Rooms version may vary starting at 5.0.0 or higher.
Where can I download the latest software?
There is no driver required for DTEN. We provide free, automatic updates for the D7 displays through Zoom Portal and DTEN Orbit.

Can you control the camera by using digital PTZ?
Yes, both PTZ and auto-framing features are available for D7 55 starting with firmware version 1.5.0. Full release notes and FAQ are available: HERE
Can I use other video conferencing applications other than Zoom?
Yes, the D7 is a Zoom Rooms device which now supports 'MS Teams Direct Guest Join' without the need of a 3rd party interop service. Here’s the FAQ.

How many points of touch are present on the DTEN D7?
10-touch points.
Can you connect it to WiFi that requires a captive portal?
No.
Is there any remote administration available to reboot or restart the Zoom Room service running on the device?
You can restart the system via the Zoom Portal.

Can you connect USB devices to the DTEN D7?
Yes, there are two USB ports in the back of the unit.
Can I connect a second monitor to the DTEN D7 55?
Yes
Can you mount the D7 stylus to the unit?
Yes, on both sides of the unit, there are magnetized, curved areas to rest the stylus.
What version of Windows 10 IoT is the DTEN board running?
Gen 1 version of DTEN D7 55 has the Windows 10 IoT Enterprise v1607.
The current Gen 2 version of DTEN D7 55 ships with Windows 10 IoT Enterprise v1809.
Is the Zoom Rooms Application already installed?
Yes, the Zoom Room application is already installed in the D7 unit. The application version may vary depending on the D7 unit.
What is the passcode to exit Zoom Rooms?
DTEN does not set a passcode for Zoom Rooms. The user that signed into their Zoom account will have the passcode to exit out of the Zoom Rooms application or try Zoom's default passcode "00000"
How do I set my own Image on my D7 unit?
We do not suggest users install their own image as we cannot support the device. Any unauthorized modification of the DTEN system will void the warranty.
Are any wires required for the display?
Only a power cable is required for the display. A mobile stand can be implemented for more mobility.
Do I need any training to use D7?
The DTEN D7 system is designed as a Zoom Room appliance with an easy-to-use user interface that is highly intuitive. There is a zero learning curve.

What type of glass are the displays made of?
We use Samsung Grade A and LG glasses for DTEN products.
