InclusiZone for Video - Video Boundary allows users to define the capture range of cameras in a meeting room. By setting boundaries, users can avoid capturing people outside the meeting room or individuals who are not relevant to the meeting. This feature enhances the meeting experience by ensuring participants' focus remains within the video boundary range.

Use Case 1 - Protect the Privacy in Open Spaces
The DTEN ME/ME Pro users, positioned in open spaces, can utilize the auto framing and multi-focus camera modes while ensuring that individuals beyond their immediate surroundings are not captured. This feature serves to safeguard the privacy of everyone in the environment and enables online participants to concentrate solely on those present in the room. Moreover, the option to customize the camera's capture distance based on different usage scenarios provides added convenience for the users.
Use Case 2 - Increasing the Attention in Meetings
The DTEN ME/ME Pro users in-office phone booth pods for video conferencing can rest assured that people passing by the phone booths or reflections from the glass will not appear in meetings. This feature guarantees that the attention of all participants remains focused solely on those in the room. Prerequisites
- Please make sure the Auto/Multi-focus framing feature is activated. To activate this feature, click the “More” option in a Zoom Room meeting and select “Camera Control”.
- DTEN ME / ME Pro with DTEN 1.17.0 or above
Step-by-step instructions
- Accessing the Dashboard:
To access the settings for Video Boundary, users have two options:
- Physical Button on the Device: Users can press the button at the back of the device to enter the dashboard.
- Zoom Rooms Settings: users can access the dashboard by navigating through ZR settings > General > System settings.
- Configuring Video Boundary Range:
After navigating to the dashboard page, tap the Settings button in the left column. Find the Camera Settings section from there and toggle the Video Boundary feature.
The default radius of the video boundary is set at 2 meters / 6 ft. However, you can customize the boundary radius by tapping the Edit button. You may choose from the following options for the radius: 1m/3.3ft, 2m/6.6ft, or 3m/9.9ft.
