Does DTEN Have 120-Degree Wide Angle Camera View?

OVERVIEW

Starting with DTEN D7 firmware v1.4.0, we will introduce a new wide-angle feature for the accompanying camera bars (that have been in production since April 2019).  This new software update will enable camera bars with the "yellow" label to take full advantage of the wide-angle view. You may find this “yellow” label on the bottom of the camera bars.

1. Does DTEN D7 have a wide angle camera view?

Prerequisite

Yellow-label with Serial Number less than 423500 - DB0355AXXX423500XXX - Update to DTEN D7 firmware v1.4.0.

A white-label → update hardware mic-bar is required to obtain a wide-angle camera feature.

How do I enable the wide-angle view?

- Please update to DTEN D7 firmware v1.4.0 

- Make sure that your camera/mic bar has the yellow barcode label (on the bottom of it)

Can I replace my current camera/mic bar with the new bar?

- Yes, DTEN offers new wide-angle camera/mic bars for customers wanting to upgrade their current bar with a wide-angle view.
