Use Case
Users can easily enable or disable DTEN AI Noise Suppression through the local device's Settings or remotely through DTEN Orbit. The device-side toggle and Orbit's toggle can be synchronized, ensuring consistent and convenient feature management. This flexibility allows users to optimize their conference call and meeting experiences by activating or deactivating AI Noise Suppression according to their needs and preferences.

Step-by-step instructions
On DTEN Orbit
- Go to orbit.dten.com in your web browser and log in to your Orbit account using your credentials.
- In the navigation menu, click "Admin - Device Management" and select "Device List."
- Find the name of the device currently in the Teams meeting platform and for which you want to enable/disable the AI Noise Suppression feature. Click on the device name to enter the device profile page.
- Once on the details page, click on the "Settings" tab.
- Locate the AI Noise Suppression toggle and enable or disable it. The toggle on the device will also reflect the same status as the one selected in Orbit.
On the Device
- Access the device settings within the meeting system under Teams.
- In the Audio main menu, click on AI Noise Suppression. Then, simply toggle the toggle to enable or disable the feature. Similarly, the toggle on Orbit will also sync with the status of the toggle on the device.
