Known Issue 

• D7X 27 will restart once connected to a laptop through the USB-C port during a meeting if your Zoom Account is unlicensed/not logged in.
  • Workaround: Power cycle the device to recover. 

  • New firmware will resolve this issue in the future.
     

• D7X 27 will keep restarting if it has been turned off for more than 24 hours.

  • Workaround: Factory reset the device using the physical reset button to recover. 

  • New firmware will resolve this issue in the future.
     

• Camera quality-related issue.
