About Factory Reset
- A factory reset can be performed on both DTEN Go and DTEN Mate at the same time or just the DTEN Mate alone.
- If you reset the DTEN Go, it will automatically cause the DTEN mate to reset since they are paired.
- If you factory reset the DTEN Mate only, the pairing will be canceled; you will need to factory reset the DTEN Go as well and complete the pairing process between the two devices again.
