If you can’t hear any sound or if the speaker volume is low in your DTEN D7 unit, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:
- Click on Setting > Speaker choose DTEN board > test speaker > volume slider to adjust the volume.
- Turn up the volume by clicking the top button located at the lower right corner of the display.
- Turn up the volume from Zoom Room iPad controller (skip if no external controller).
