Important Update:
DTEN Customers,
At DTEN, we strive to innovate the latest generation of meeting and collaboration devices for our customers. Computers, chip (SoC) configurations, and operating systems failing to meet our customers' performance or security requirements are periodically phased out, with opportunities to refresh your hardware to continue leveraging the latest features.
Don’t panic. To support your long-term planning, it’s important to know that these devices will continue to function and receive critical bug and security fixes for up to 15 months from end of certification, and in some cases, the total End-of-Support period can be up to 36 months.
In addition, all DTEN devices with Orbit Pro licenses will be fully supported through any hardware transition that would be required.
With that in mind, we are announcing the latest updates on the status of our product portfolio.
The following models will transition from Active Certification to Compatible Support Mode at Zoom.
March 2025
- DTEN ME Zoom Rooms Appliance (Android 9)
- DTEN ME Pro Zoom Rooms Appliance (Android 9)
- DTEN GO Zoom Rooms Appliance (Android 9)
- DTEN ON Zoom Rooms Appliance (Android 9)
The DTEN ME & ME Pro models will continue to support the BYOD experience on any platform. The Zoom Rooms app will still be supported and will receive bug and security fixes.
A next-generation DTEN ME Pro with Android 12 / 64-bit will be available in July 2025.
For DTEN GO, please see our DTEN Bar
For DTEN ON, please see our DTEN D7X Android
September 2025
- DTEN MATE (PoE) Zoom Rooms Controller (Android 10)
- DTEN MATE (Wifi) Zoom Rooms Controller (Android 10)
The DTEN Mate controllers will still be supported and receive bug and security fixes.
A DTEN Mate with an OS upgrade to Android 12 will be available in June 2025.
