Version 2.5.0 Update Requirements

• Available on DTEN Orbit portal, then on Zoom portal approximately 5-7 days later
• DTEN D7 should be powered on and connected to a stable and open or Zoom whitelisted network without a firewall (ethernet preferred). For information, click here
• The update will not start if the device is engaged in a meeting or calendar event
• The update takes approximately 30-45 minutes; DTEN D7 will automatically restart
  • Do not disconnect or power off during the update

Known Issues

• Unable to share whiteboard during Microsoft Teams meeting; The device will prompt " whiteboarding in progress"
• Unable to share content from a selected window during Microsoft Teams meeting
• When joining a scheduled Microsoft Teams meeting, you will not be able to exit the login page if you click on the sign in option
  • Workaround/solution: Do not click on the sign in option
• When joining a scheduled Microsoft Teams meeting, if you click on “sign in - terms of use”, the DTEN D7 will display a blank white screen
