Camera Troubleshooting

The DTEN camera is not displaying in Zoom Room

Please check your camera setting by selecting the settings button (the 3 dots icon), and make sure the camera is enabled.

Why there is no camera detected?

Replug the DTEN media bar (microphone camera bar), you will see a notification and a plug-in sound effect if the system detects the media bar. You can also go to Zoom Rooms settings and see if the camera is detected.
