Overview
The DTEN Vue Pro cameras seamlessly integrate with users’ current D7X Windows setup, enhancing clarity and coverage at a distance with no distortion. These cameras are strategically positioned at lower levels on the sides, facilitating eye contact with remote attendees and elevating the overall meeting experience. In Zoom Room meetings, the Multi-Camera mode and Zoom Smart Gallery are two crucial features that can maximize the Vue Pro’s potential.

Setup Instruction
Prerequisites
- Make sure that the Vue Pro mounts are pre-installed on both sides of your D7X Windows device. If the mounts are not in place, please refer to the Vue Pro camera setup instructions to install the brackets as needed. After the Vue Pro cameras have been installed, proceed with the on-screen instructions to finalize the setup of the Vue Pro cameras.
- Verify the Zoom app on all Zoom Room appliances meets the minimum version requirements.
- Account owner, admin, or role with device management setting permissions to Zoom Rooms
Step-by-step instructions
Use Case 1 -Spotlight Individuals via Zoom Smart Gallery
Local meeting participants can enable the Zoom Smart Gallery feature in a meeting on the Mate controller or D7X Windows display.
Enable on a Mate controller or a Zoom Rooms controller in Meetings
- Tap Camera Control on the controller interface.
- Tap Multi-Stream. You will see the individual view along with the whole room view on the D7X Windows display.
OR
Enable on a D7X Windows device in Meetings
- Tap More on the display, then tap Camera Control.
- Tap Multi-Stream. The individual views along with the whole room view will display on the D7X.
You may also set Zoom Smart Gallery as the default camera option on the Zoom web portal.
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- Click Room Management, then select Zoom Rooms.
- You may enable the feature for each Country/Region, City, Floor, or Room. Click the corresponding Settings. For this example, Room Settings.
- Click the Room Profile tab and scroll down to the Devices section. To enable the Multi-Stream mode, locate the Default Camera Control Mode category and select the corresponding radio button.
Use Case 2 - Capture Specific Individuals in Zoom Meetings
With the Multi-Camera mode, you can enable multiple DTEN Vue Pro camera streams simultaneously in a meeting to better capture a local attendee or specific content in the room.
To use the Multi-Camera mode in a Zoom meeting first, you need to enable this feature on the Zoom web portal.
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- Click Room Management, then select Zoom Rooms.
- You may enable the feature for each Country/Region, City, Floor, or Room. Click the corresponding Settings. For this example, Room Settings.
- Click the Room Profile tab and scroll down to the Devices section.
- Click the toggle
next to Allow Multi-Camera Mode.
- Select the cameras and choose the Default camera mode from the dropdown menu, then save the change.
If you need to adjust the camera position:
- Start or join a Zoom meeting from the Zoom Room
- Tap Camera Control on the Zoom Rooms Controller’s interface. Or, Tap More, then tap Camera Control on the D7X Windows display to adjust the PTZ position of the camera.
Use Case 3 - Enhance Details in Zoom Meetings with Camera Content Share
You can spotlight any local content with a high-quality view in the Zoom meeting with DTEN Vue Pro cameras.
Enable on a Mate controller or a Zoom Rooms controller
- Tap Share Content on the controller interface.
- Tap the Camera. You will see all four cameras of Vue Pro listed as the camera source.
- Select the camera you want to share.
- When the session is finished, tap Stop Current Sharing.
OR
Enable on a D7X Windows device
- Tap Share Content on the display, then tap Camera.
- Select one of four Vue Pro cameras as the source.
- Tap Stop Current Sharing or simply end the meeting after sharing.
Known Issue
- Smart Gallery will only provide individual views when there are multiple participants in the room.
- Participants may experience duplicate images displayed on the screen. (This will be fixed in a future version).
