Version 2.0.3 Update Requirements
- Available on Orbit 2-3 business days after the version is GA on the Teams Admin Center Portal
- The DTEN Mate PoE should be powered on and connected to a stable and open or a whitelisted network without a firewall (ethernet preferred).
- The update takes approximately 60 - 70 minutes; DTEN Mate will automatically restart
- Do not disconnect or power off during the update.

- How to Upgrade Mate PoE for Dual Functionality as a Teams Touch Console or Zoom Rooms Controller
- DTEN Mate PoE now also serves as an MTRA Touch Console.
- In this mode, it exclusively pairs with DTEN D7X 55 & 75 Android MTRA devices running DTEN Version 1.4.5.2.
- Please contact the DTEN Support Team, providing them with your Mate DTEN ID and your D7X Android Firmware version for assistance in upgrading your Mate PoE devices.
- [MTRA] Enhanced Reboot Options for MTRA Touch Console Users now have three distinct options when initiating a reboot from the Mate PoE device.
- Reboot DUT - This will reboot the D7X Android device only
- Reboot Console - Choose this to specifically reboot the Mate PoE device.
- Reboot Both - For a comprehensive system refresh, users can reboot both the D7X Android device and the Mate PoE simultaneously.

Known Issues
- There's a small chance that after successfully upgrading the Mate firmware via Teams Admin Center, the Teams Admin Center interface may inaccurately display the upgrade status as 'Failed'. It's important to note that this issue does not impact the functionality of the Mate; it is merely a display error within the TAC interface.
