Known Issues
General Hardware:
- Mate Touch or Black Screen Issue:
- In certain situations, the Mate may lose touch functionality or display a black screen. Rebooting the Mate should resolve the problem. If the issue persists, report the DTEN Mate ID to DTEN support.
- Mate Screen Flashing:
- Rarely, the Mate screen may flash briefly when plugged into power. Don’t worry, and it will automatically return to normal. If the issue persists, report the DTEN Mate ID to DTEN support.
Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android (MTRA):
- After upgrading, the D7X Android and Mate intermittently lose connection.
- After pairing the D7X Android and Mate devices, an intermittent issue occurs where, following a device upgrade, the D7X Android remains on the Teams main interface and fails to join the meeting session initiated from the Mate device. Meanwhile, the Console pairing interface indicates a disconnected status between the Mate and D7X Android Teams connection.
- Quick Fix: Clicking "Reset pairing" in the Console pairing interface.
