Version 2.1.0 Update Requirements

• Release sequence:
  • Orbit
  • DTEN OOBE update / Zoom Device Management (ZDM) Portal
• Available on DTEN Orbit portal, then on Zoom portal approximately 5-7 days later
• The DTEN device(s) should be powered on and connected to a stable and open or Zoom whitelisted network without a firewall (ethernet preferred). For information, click here
• The update will not start if the device is engaged in a meeting or calendar event
• The update takes approximately 30-45 minutes and will automatically restart
  • Do not disconnect or power off during the update

• Support Pairing with DTEN Bar:
  • Adjust the Bar settings through the Mate.
• Support for setting the 24-hour clock format in the Mate Menu.

• Support for connecting to a Captive Portal during the OOBE 
• Support for skipping network connection during the OOBE stage if it is not availabl
