Using the Whiteboard in Zoom Rooms for Touch

With Zoom Rooms for Touch, you can start a whiteboard session at any time on a DTEN system and invite others to view and annotate in a Zoom meeting.  You can also save the whiteboard image and annotations at any time by sending the image or PDF file by email to any recipients you specify, or via Zoom Chat to any Zoom chat channel or any contact (minimum Zoom Rooms version 5.5.0 required).
