Overview
The DTEN Device Unique Identifier (DTEN ID) is a 12 digit alphanumeric string that represents the hardware device. This ID will allow DTEN Support to uniquely identify the device and perform remote upgrades and fixes to the DTEN device.

Note: Please note that you can also get the DTEN ID and the serial number of a particular device on the DTEN Orbit portal. Click here for instructions.
D7 55 S2 & D7 75 Series and DTEN ON 55 Series
To locate the DTEN ID, press the Menu button (the second button from the bottom located in the lower back right of the unit) to access the device menu.
- D7 55 S2 and D7 75 Series
- Select the Help Icon from the On-Screen Menu to view the DTEN ID number
- ON Series
- Select About from the On-Screen Menu to view the DTEN ID number.
Note: For D7 devices, if you don’t see it, press 5x times for the DTEN ID Number.
DTEN ME
There are two (2) methods to access the DTEN ID on the ME.
Method One - Menu Button:
- Press the Menu button(3 dashes/hamburger icon) on the rear right side of the ME. The Menu button is directly under the Power button.
- Select the Help icon at the bottom left of the On-Screen Display.
Method Two - Using the Touch Screen
From the Zoom Room menu screen or in Monitor Mode:
- Swipe Right or Up using the Three (3) Finger Multitouch gesture.
- Select the Help icon at the bottom left of the On-Screen Display.

DTEN GO with DTEN Mate
There are two (2) methods to access the DTEN ID numbers for the DTEN GO w/ MATE.
Method One - Factory Labels:
- Factory product labels can be found under each of the DTEN GO and DTEN Mate devices. These product labels contain the model number, serial number, the MAC address which can double as the DTEN ID number.
Method Two - Using the Touch Screen on The DTEN Mate
From the Zoom Room menu screen or in Monitor Mode:
- Tap the touch screen on the DTEN MATE and a Gear icon will appear in the lower right corner.
- Tap on the Gear icon to access the Setting menu.
- Scroll down and tap on the System Settings option. If a passcode is required to proceed, please check with your IT Admin.
- Select the Help icon at the bottom left of the On-Screen Display.
On the Zoom Room screen, click on settings on the bottom right

DTEN Orbit
If you have enrolled your DTEN devices in the DTEN Orbit portal, you will see the DTEN ID in the profile setting.
- Go to Device Management ---> Click on Device Name → Device Profile → DTEN ID
