How to Update
- The DTEN device(s) should be powered on and connected to a stable and open or Zoom-whitelisted network without a firewall (Ethernet preferred). For information, click here.
- The update will not start if the device is engaged in a meeting or calendar event.
- The update takes approximately 30-45 minutes and will automatically restart
- Do not disconnect or power off during the update.

Platform Support
- Support for Zoom Rooms and Microsoft Teams Rooms.
Camera
- Camera Control (Microsoft Teams): Pan, tilt, and zoom the camera directly from Microsoft Teams.
- DTEN Vue / Vue Pro Settings: Configure the side camera from device settings.
- Camera Brightness: Adjust the main camera’s brightness.
Audio
- Motorized Speaker Control: Choose Auto, Drop Down, or Retract. In Auto, the speaker drops down when a meeting starts and retracts when the room is idle. Use Drop Down or Retract to move it manually at any time.
- AI Noise Suppression: Choose Normal or High. High removes more background noise.
- Improved Echo Cancellation: Reduces echo further for clearer two-way conversations.
AI Features
- Adaptive Brightness: Automatically adjusts face brightness in each frame in Smart Framing mode. Users can also manually adjust brightness using the slider.
- Speaker Tracking: Improves active speaker visibility in Auto Framing and Smart Framing modes.
- Auto Framing: Automatically focuses on the active speaker. When no one is speaking, the default view is maintained. When the active speaker changes, the view follows the new speaker. After speaking stops, the camera returns to the default view after a short delay.
- Smart Framing: Highlights the active speaker's frame with a green border.
- DTEN Vision AI - Spatial Sense - Added automatic room boundary detection. The system identifies the physical boundary of the meeting room and excludes anyone outside it — such as people behind glass walls or passing by. This feature is supported in Auto Framing, Smart Framing, and Smart Gallery.

- A screen display anomaly may be observed at a low rate when the user switches accounts by pressing the Win key.
