- DTEN D7X should be powered on and connected to a stable and open or Zoom-whitelisted network without a firewall (ethernet preferred). For information, click here
- Available on DTEN Orbit portal, then on Zoom portal approximately 5-7 days later

New
- When connected to a TV box via HDMI and a laptop via USB-C, and operating in USB-C BYOD mode, unplugging the USB-C cable now triggers a return to the ZR homepage. Previously, under these conditions, unplugging the USB-C cable resulted in the display switching to the TV box.
Modified
- Autoframing Optimization: The latest update to the Autoframing feature now includes enhanced side-face recognition, addressing previous issues with intermittent framing when users turned away from the camera. This enhancement ensures the camera smoothly adjusts framing for profiles not directly facing it, reducing unnecessary adjustments and improving video stability and reliability.
- The Power-Saving Optimization feature introduces a power-saving mode toggle in the DTEN settings for devices not registered to an Orbit account. This allows users to enable or disable power-saving mode according to their preference when opting not to register to an Orbit account. This functionality is exclusive to the D7X Windows version, with the Power-Saving feature not available in the D7X Windows Dual model, at this time.
- The D7X and D7X Dual models now operate on the same firmware, with the software version for the D7X Dual adjusted from 6.x.x to 3.x.x. This change is part of an effort to streamline the update and feature release process, ensuring simultaneous updates for both single-screen and dual-screen models. By sharing the same version number and running the same firmware, new features—unless tied to specific hardware capabilities—will be released for both models at the same time, enhancing service efficiency and user experience across the board.
Resolved
- Minor bug fixes.
Known Issue
- When using the Smart Connect (BYOD) mode, there's a rare chance that the PC might not detect the camera. If this occurs, simply unplug and replug the USB-C cable to restore camera recognition.
