Upon powering on the device, it defaults to the Windows account selection screen instead of launching the Zoom main screen. The back buttons are unresponsive, and performing a factory reset does not resolve the issue - RS232 Command for Screen Resting Not Functioning in Digital Signage Mode
When the device is in digital signage mode, sending the screen resting command via RS232 has no effect. - Microphone/Camera Detection Issue After Reconnecting Device
The microphone and camera are not detected when the device is returned online from an offline state. The peripherals must be recognized by powering off and on again.

- Zoom Rooms Interface Appears Briefly Before Powering Off in Deep Sleep Mode
When the device enters Deep Sleep Mode, the Zoom Rooms interface may briefly appear after the device’s countdown, before the device powers off. -
- Screen Not Waking Automatically During Office Hours in Sleep Mode
In Sleep Mode, the device may not automatically wake and light up the screen during scheduled office hours. Additionally, it may not respond to touch inputs to wake the screen.
Workaround: Power cycle the device to restore functionality.
