Overview
This is a document on how to register existing and new, out-of-the-box, DTEN devices into Orbit account for Orbit Plus and Orbit Business Pro customers.

Prerequisites
The minimum DTEN firmware versions to support Orbit are listed below. DTEN recommend customers to update their DTEN firmware to the latest versions above the ones listed below:
DTEN D7 55 s1 - minimum v1.6.1: HERE
DTEN D7 55 s2 - no minimum firmware requirements
DTEN D7 75 - minimum v2.3.0: HERE
DTEN ON - no minimum firmware requirements
DTEN ME, ME Pro - no minimum firmware requirements
DTEN GO w/ DTEN MATE - no minimum firmware requirements
DTEN Orbit registration process
For Existing DTEN devices Already In Use:
Step 1:
Please sign up for a DTEN Orbit account at the Orbit registration page: HERE
Step 2:
Please provide the following information back to the DTEN team:
- DTEN Orbit account owner email address
- DTEN ID Number for each of the DTEN products covered under your Orbit plan,
- Press the third button from the top on the right-back of the D7 55 unit. This will bring up a pop-up
- Press on "About" and it will show the DTEN ID

For New DTEN Devices:
During the setup process, activate your DTEN systems once you receive them. Please review the following activation video tutorials for guidance:
