• DTEN D7X should be powered on and connected to a stable and open network without a firewall (ethernet preferred). For information, click here
• The update will not start if the device is engaged in a meeting or calendar event.
• The update takes approximately 30-45 minutes; DTEN D7X will automatically restart.
• Do not disconnect or power off during the update.

Known Issue 

• If it is Teams-only mode, the device cannot automatically jump to the time zone interface after connecting to the wired network after a factory reset, you need to connect to wifi to be able to
• There may be issues with intermittent sound, louder and softer sound, echo, and broken sound in Teams meetings
• When starting the Microsoft whiteboard. drawing on the upper part of the screen is more responsive and smooth
• When entering a meeting, the top of the conference screen flashes a green stripe for a brief moment 
• There may be an issue of flashing colors on the screen of the participants in the meeting

• The Zoom Rooms app is expired in this version. Please contact support to update the Zoom Rooms version
