- Release sequence:
- Immediately At GA: Available on Teams Admin Center.
- 2-3 Business Days After GA : Available on Orbit.
- 7-10 Business Days After GA: Available through Zoom Device Management and OOBE update for un-deployed devices.
- The DTEN device(s) should be powered on and connected to a stable and open or Zoom whitelisted network without a firewall (ethernet preferred). For information, click here
- The update will not start if the device is engaged in a meeting or calendar event
- The update takes approximately 30-45 minutes and will automatically restart
- Do not disconnect or power off during the update

Known Issue

- Mate upgraded to the AOSP version, D7X Android was not upgraded to the AOSP version, and the D7X Android App on Mate Menu Device Info page shows the Microsoft Intune version and Authenticator version information.
Quick Fix: D7X Android Upgrade to AOSP version
- Teams platform With OMC, the main interface of Teams is viewed as a black screen on the PC, which is a new security policy added to the Teams app.
- If the network is not stable, there may be a white screen for about 10 seconds after the password is entered, and the next step is clicked during the Teams login process.
Quick Fix: Use of better networks

“No Signal” After Waking Up: Occasionally, the device may show “No Signal” after waking up from deep hibernation. This issue will be resolved in a future release.
Quick Fix: Press the reboot button on the OPS. - Audio Issues in Teams Meetings: Rarely, you may experience intermittent sound, unstable volume, or echo during Teams Room meetings. The issue should resolve itself.
- Writing Issues on Whiteboard: You might notice uneven strokes or lagging responses while writing on the lower part of the MTRA Whiteboard. This issue will be resolved in a future release.

MacBook Screen Sharing Issue: MacBook users may see a black screen when sharing via Type-C cable in a Zoom Room meeting, especially if the MacBook goes to sleep.
Quick Fix: Update your MacBook to the latest version.
