Update Requirements

• Available on DTEN Orbit portal, then on Zoom portal approximately 5-7 days later
• DTEN D7X should be powered on and connected to a stable and open or Zoom whitelisted network without a firewall (ethernet preferred). For information, click here
• The update will not start if the device is engaged in a meeting or calendar event.
• The update takes approximately 30-45 minutes; DTEN D7X will automatically restart.
• Do not disconnect or power off during the update.

Known Issue 

• Considering the stability of BYOD and Zoom Share features, we have disabled the HDMI port (per Zoom request until the bugs are resolved) and Type-C 2 port (USBC 2). The device does not respond when the HDMI port and Type-C 2 ports (USBC 2) are plugged in, in this version, but it will be supported in future versions.
• When connecting a device to the PC through the Type-C 1 port (USBC 1), select "In BYOD Mode" from the DTEN dashboard. When unplugging the USB-C cable from the device the DTEN will show a black screen. To correct the black screen issue, please reboot your device.
