Version 1.13.5 Update Requirements
- Available on DTEN Orbit portal, then on Zoom portal approximately 5-7 days later.
- The DTEN Go should be powered on and connected to a stable and open or Zoom-whitelisted network without a firewall (ethernet preferred). For information, click here
- The update will not start if the device is engaged in a meeting or calendar event.

The update takes approximately 30-45 minutes; DTEN D7 will automatically restart
- Do not disconnect or power off during the update.

- Users can upload Custom SSL certificates through the DTEN WebGUI.
- Supports manual time adjustment, users can choose between a 12-hour clock and a 24-hour clock.
- DTEN Orbit now supports a locked Dashboard. A passcode is required to access the dashboard.
- Supports DTEN Dashboard lock with a customizable password via Orbit setting (DTEN ID and IP address will be hidden unless users enter the password after the lock)

- After upgrading the DTEN firmware via Orbit with the system language set to French, the Zoom portal still shows the old DTEN firmware version and marks the device as ”Disconnect”, blocking Zoom Room updates.
Known Issues
- Users may encounter difficulties switching between Screen Mirror Mode and ZRC Mode on Mate after the device wakes up when Device Operation Time is enabled in Zoom Portal.
- Workaround: Factory Reset GO & Mate will resolve this issue.
