How to Update
- Release sequence:
- Immediately At GA: Available on Teams Admin Center.
- 2-3 Business Days After GA : Available on Orbit.
- 7-10 Business Days After GA: Available through Zoom Device Management and OOBE update for un-deployed devices.
- The DTEN device(s) should be powered on and connected to a stable and open or Zoom whitelisted network without a firewall (ethernet preferred). For information, click here
- The update will not start if the device is engaged in a meeting or calendar event
- The update takes approximately 30-45 minutes and will automatically restart
- Do not disconnect or power off during the update

- Supports Smart Gallery with Vue Pro.

Known Issue
- In a Teams Room Meeting, users may experience some audio issues (intermittent sound, unstable volume, and echo) on rare occasions. It will be automatically resolved.
- Users may encounter some poor writing experiences (uneven strokes, delayed or lagging response, or smoothness and accuracy-related writing issues) on the lower area of the board in the MTRA Whiteboard.
- Users may see a flash green line on the top of the screen when entering a meeting on MTRA. It will be automatically resolved after a few seconds.
- MacBook users may encounter a black screen issue when sharing a screen via Type-C cable in a Zoom Room meeting, especially when the MacBook goes into sleep mode.
- Workaround: Upgrading the MacBook to the latest version will resolve the issue.
- AMD laptop users may rarely encounter noise and device reboot issues on D7X Android when screen sharing in a Teams meeting. The device may emit a buzzing sound for about three seconds, then reboot itself when the screen-sharing session ends.
- ONboard users will see a non-functional Smart Connect floating action button on the screen, which should not be there since ONboard does not support Smart Connect.
